</div><div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div>Southwest Sport & Spine is seeking a <strong>Part‑Time Content Creator & Social Media professional</strong> to support our growing network of physical therapy and sports medicine clinics. This role is responsible for creating engaging, professional, and patient‑focused digital content that reflects our commitment to clinical excellence, movement, and community wellness.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate understands how to translate healthcare services into compelling, approachable social media content while maintaining brand consistency, professionalism, and compliance with healthcare communication standards.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Create original social media content, including short‑form video, graphics, and captions, aligned with Southwest Sport & Spine / FYZICAL brand standards</li>
<li>Capture on‑site photos and videos at El Paso–area clinics, events, and community activities</li>
<li>Edit and adapt content for platform‑specific formats (Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, etc.)</li>
<li>Schedule and publish content in accordance with a defined content calendar</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends and incorporate appropriate ideas while maintaining a professional healthcare tone</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing leadership and clinic teams to highlight services, providers, patient education, and community involvement</li>
<li>Monitor engagement and provide basic performance insights (reach and interactions)</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital assets and follow confidentiality and brand guidelines</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience creating social media content (professional, freelance, or portfolio‑based)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms and short‑form content formats</li>
<li>Ability to create and edit basic video and graphic content (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and professionalism</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience creating content for healthcare, fitness, wellness, or service‑based organizations</li>
<li>Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during video capture</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools</li>
<li>Awareness of HIPAA‑appropriate communications (training provided if needed)</li>
<li>Local familiarity with the El Paso community</li>
</ul><div><strong>Schedule & Compensation</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Part‑Time:</strong> Approximately 10–20 hours per week</li>
