Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on housing services? As the TMO Performance Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving resident engagement and performance improvement across our Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) services. This is your opportunity to champion Southwark's "people-powered" agenda, empowering residents to shape the services they rely on. You'll also ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, Housing Act 1985, and Right to Manage Regulations 2012, while influencing positive change across our housing landscape. What You'll Do: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyse, and interpret performance data to enhance tenant satisfaction and align services with regulatory standards. Performance Management: Create and implement a quality-driven performance framework that ensures compliance, drives improvements, and supports effective service delivery. Service Improvement: Contribute to business planning by setting clear performance metrics, benchmarking against best practices, and delivering insights to elevate standards. What We're Looking For: Data Savvy: Strong experience in managing complex data sets and using insights to inform and drive decisions. Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of social housing legislation and frameworks. Engagement Expert: Proven ability to collaborate with residents and stakeholders, championing a customer-focused approach to service improvement.
