Job Summary: Part Sales Specialist
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling parts to either consumers or other businesses.
This is a commission-based parts sales position and has great opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Help customers in obtaining all necessary parts to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service
- Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts
- Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
- Ability to pull and fill orders from stock
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
- Follow processes to ensure payment of orders
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must be able to use multiple computer systems within Windows
- If remote, high-speed internet required (100mbps+)
