We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Winchester, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting systems, and delivering excellent service, this is a great opportunity to grow your HVAC career.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment
- EPA or CFC Certification required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional driving between job sites
- Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
