Acting as the operational face of the MarComm team, this role ensures that every approved idea becomes reality, on time, on budget, and with the proper priority. The Operations Director protects the team from burnout, inefficiencies, and the "noise" of low-impact projects that derail larger initiatives.
Why Southeast? Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.
