People Officer (Business)

We are currently looking for a People Officer to join our People & Culture team on a full time permanent contract. The successful candidate will support the Head of People Operations, by providing operational excellence and best practice across all day-to-day touchpoints of the employee lifecycle. The People Officer will have a key part to play in resourcing and onboarding responsibilities across teams, which will include uploading new job adverts to external sites, liaising with candidates throughout the recruitment process from booking interviews to notifying candidates of decisions. In addition the role will support the People Partnering and Culture teams, where required, as well as monitoring and responding to emails from the People Team inbox.
