Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Kolkata for an LIC Agent. The role involves selling insurance products, including life insurance policies and related solutions, to clients. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, recommending suitable insurance solutions, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The agent will also assist clients with claim processes and policy renewals while ensuring excellent customer service throughout their journey with LIC.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Basic understanding of Finance-related concepts and insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance industry standards and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is advantageous
