Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Chef - Commis I/II at Aldovia Resort & Convention, located in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing high-quality South Indian dishes, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, assisting in daily kitchen operations, and supporting the team in achieving culinary excellence. The chef will also contribute to menu planning and ensure a remarkable dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a strong focus on authentic South Indian cuisine
- Sound knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- Exceptional Culinary Skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or resort setting is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and perform tasks efficiently
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
