South Indian Bank is hiring Junior Officers Job Position: Junior Officer (Operations) Eligibility (as on 30.09.2025): Age: Maximum of 28 years (5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates) Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation with minimum 50% Regular stream of education: SSLC/SSC, HSC and Graduation (10+2+ Graduation under regular stream) Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Bank/ NBFCs/ Financial Institutions Term of Appointment: On contract, initially for a period of 3 years, renewable at the sole discretion of the Bank, based on performance evaluation. Career Progression: On completion of the initial contract period or any extension granted thereafter, high performing candidates identified by the Bank, may without any obligation and in its sole and absolute discretion, be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I), subject to then prevailing norms of the Bank. Salary/Compensation: Total CTC at the time of joining will be between Rs.4.86 lakhs to 5.04 lakhs per annum (inclusive of NPS contribution, Insurance Premium and Variable Pay based on performance.) Posting Locations: Anywhere in India, as per the Bank's requirement Further the candidate will be liable to be transferred to anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the Bank Current selection process is initiated for the below mentioned states and candidate can apply for any one of these states: Andhra Pradesh Goa Gujarat Karnataka Kerala Maharashtra Tamil Nadu Telangana Proficiency in local language will be given preference
