Position Duties
Six years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
- Performs quality assurance monitoring and testing for the Application Registration/Data Collection track within the Eligibility & Enrollment System.
- Serves as subject matter expert and owner for the assigned track, ensuring system functionality aligns with business and program requirements.
- Develops, reviews, and executes test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate system upgrades and defect resolutions.
- Conducts multiple testing types, including user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Identifies, documents, and reports system issues, risks, and defects to the test lead, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical staff to support end-to-end testing, system design, and acceptance criteria development.
- Participates in daily standups, supports service desk ticket resolution, and maintains system documentation to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
