Job Positioning
You will focus on the research of country policies in various South Asian countries, track the political ecology, diplomatic trends, governance models and social-economic changes of target countries for a long time, and provide accurate and reliable country policy analysis support for clients' overseas business layout, cooperation project promotion and risk prevention and control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth tracking of the political pattern, political parties and factions, election dynamics, cabinet personnel and power structure changes of key South Asian countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives, etc.), and timely judge the political trend and governance tendency.
2. Systematically study the diplomatic strategy, foreign policy, and the direction of bilateral and multilateral relations of the target countries, focusing on analyzing their China policy, regional cooperation stance and strategic choices in major power games.
3. Continuously monitor the legislation and policy adjustments in key areas such as economic policies, industrial planning, foreign investment access, fiscal and taxation supervision, trade rules and people's livelihood governance of various countries, and assess the policy impact and market risks.
4. Conduct regular assessment and early warning on national political stability, policy continuity, social security environment, governance risks, etc., and form risk judgments that can be directly used for clients' decision-making.
5. Write country policy briefings, in-depth research reports, scenario analyses and decision-making suggestions, with rigorous language and clear logic, which can support the client's senior management to quickly understand the national environment and policy constraints.
Job Requirements
1. Majored in related fields such as Political Science, Diplomacy, Regional and Country Studies, Economics; experience in country research, policy analysis or related consulting is preferred. 2. Deeply engaged in 1-2 South Asian countries and familiar with their policy decision-making logic, political system and social reality. 3. Possess solid abilities in policy analysis, research implementation and writing.

Cooperation Model and Evaluation Instructions
- In the preliminary evaluation stage, you will complete 2 to 4 project tasks, and we will conduct professional review on the project reports you submit. The basic remuneration for a single project in this stage is 100 US dollars. If your work results meet the excellent standards in terms of quality and accuracy, we will additionally issue a performance bonus. We will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of candidates from multiple dimensions, focusing on the following core aspects: the professionalism and accuracy of research conclusions and analytical insights; the ability to stably deliver projects and related tasks according to the agreed time nodes; the logical clarity and expression coherence of written results, as well as the professionalism of communication and cooperation; we will also consider whether your working method is consistent with the company's research methodology and customer-centric core philosophy. If you pass the evaluation and officially join the team, your salary after joining will be significantly higher than that during the evaluation stage.
