Role Description
This full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru is for skilled culinary professionals specializing in Sous Chef and Chef roles. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, managing kitchen operations, maintaining quality standards, and working collaboratively with the culinary and service teams. The ideal candidates will ensure food safety compliance, manage inventory, and mentor junior staff to elevate team performance while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, recipe execution, and plating techniques
- Experience in menu planning, kitchen operations, and resource management
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory control
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary standards
- Formal culinary training or related certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in managing kitchen teams for buffet, a la carte, and other high-volume setups
