Role Description
As a Sous Chef at Daiwik Hotels Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in managing the culinary operations at the renowned Ahaan restaurant in Rameswaram. This on-site, full-time role includes assisting the Head Chef in planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. - Ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure kitchen efficiency.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Creativity in developing diverse menus, especially in multi-cuisine dishes.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
