The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Central Kitchen Manager in fulfilling production of proprietary products and upkeep of the central kitchen facility
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Execute production plans and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Track and maintain yield and production fulfilment targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience in centralised kitchen operations or bulk catering kitchen operations
- Has worked in a Process and systems oriented environment before
- Possesses a " let's get it done" mentality
- Solution oriented individual
- People's person with good communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
