What You'll D
- Assist in leading day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Drive a vertical of R&D/ test kitchen
- Maintain consistency, quality, portioning, and presentation standards across all menu items
- Support menu development, product innovation, and seasonal launches
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experien
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and team managemen
