We are seeking a passionate and ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies
- Monitor portion control and minimize wastage
- Step in as acting Head Chef in their absence
- Collaborate on menu planning and new dish development
- Ensure timely service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie (2–5+ years preferred)
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
