We're Hiring | Sous Chef
📍 Under the Neem at Karma Chalets | Gurgaon
One of Gurgaon's most loved dining destinations is looking for its next Sous Chef.
If you have 6–9 years of professional kitchen experience, thrive in high-quality operations, and enjoy leading teams while creating exceptional food, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who has:
• 6–9 years of experience in premium restaurants, boutique hotels, or luxury hospitality
• A strong background in Continental/European cuisine, with a sound working knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong administrative and operational expertise, including kitchen planning, inventory management, recipe standardisation, food costing, purchasing, scheduling, and team development
• The ability to run an organised, efficient kitchen by implementing best practices in food safety, hygiene, sustainability, quality control, and operational efficiency
• A passion for seasonal ingredients, consistency, innovation, and delivering memorable guest experiences
