đź“Ś Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (minimum 3 years of experience) who is ready to take on the responsibilities of an Executive Chef at our upcoming 70‑room property in Amravati, featuring one indoor and one outdoor banquet hall.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and culinary offerings.
- Plan and update menus for restaurant, banquets, and room service.
- Supervise food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and food costing.
- Collaborate with F&B and banquet teams for events and promotions.
- Drive guest satisfaction and revenue through culinary excellence.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a reputed hospitality brand.
- Strong expertise in multi‑cuisine fine dining and banqueting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
💰 Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
📍 Location: Amravati (Candidates must be willing to relocate and work on‑site)
