</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic <strong>Outside Sales Representative </strong>to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Develop rapport and build relationships with potential customers</li>
<li>Travel to appointments and meetings with potential customers within your territory</li>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly sales target and patients per month. </li>
<li>Create and implement an effective sales strategy</li>
<li>Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program</li>
<li>Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in medical sales</li>
<li>Previous experience in outside sales.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>A positive attitude and ability to be persistent</li>
