Fullstack Engineer

Our mission is to build a transparent, efficient, and community-driven ecosystem for hiring professionals, recruiters, and job seekers. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications and delivering seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the SourcingXPress platform. Your role will involve working closely with the product team, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to build features that enhance our recruitment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Implement responsive and dynamic UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement. Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration between frontend and backend. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external tools to enhance functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers. Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring best coding practices are followed. Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment and version control. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure we stay ahead in the hiring technology space. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development. Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, or Vue.js. Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or Django. Database: Strong understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. APIs: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL. DevOps & Cloud: Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Firebase, or similar cloud platforms. Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows. Security: Knowledge of best security practices for web applications. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
