Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team
This role is based out of Bangalore/Hyderabad location and is into hybrid mode
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior IT BFSI Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technology roles, with a specialized focus on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
A critical component of this role is Leadership Hiring. You will act as a trusted talent advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying, engaging, and hiring executive and leadership-level technology talent who will shape the future of our digital financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- BFSI Domain Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit top-notch IT talent possessing niche skills tailored for the financial sector (e.g., Core Banking, Fintech, Risk Management, Blockchain, Quantitative Analysis, Cyber Security in Banking).
- Leadership & Executive Search: Lead the strategy and execution for mid-to-senior leadership roles (e.g., Directors, Enterprise Architects, VPs, Heads of Technology) within the BFSI vertical.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand complex technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networking, industry mappings, and headhunting) to engage passive leadership talent.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor mapping within the IT-BFSI landscape to provide insights to leadership.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, professional candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and engagement throughout the executive interview process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core experience in IT recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on the BFSI domain.
- Leadership Hiring Expertise: Proven track record of successfully closing leadership, niche, or executive-level IT positions within financial services or fintech.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of tech stacks, compliance standards, and architectural frameworks specific to the banking and insurance sectors.
- Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional headhunting, boolean search, and networking skills.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with the gravitas required to engage and interview C-suite and VP-level candidates
