We’re Hiring: Sourcing Specialist
Are you a strategic sourcing professional with a strong understanding of the US market? Join us as we scale our global sourcing operations and build high-performing vendor networks.
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our growing sourcing requirements.
Candidates based in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, or Colombia preferred) or the Philippines are also preferred
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing of products and services for the US market
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local vendors and service providers
- Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and service agreements
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and deliver efficiently
- Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and timely delivery
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements simultaneously
- Experience working in a remote/global environment is a plus
