About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Expert/ Talent Sourcing Administrator to join our growing team. In this role you will support end-to-end sourcing activities, sourcing customer service/ sales/ chat & specialist Experts, coordinating meet ups and delivering a positive experience for every Expert This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR or recruitment career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach
- Source Experts through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine) and social media channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future programs.
- Attend meetings with our Social Advertising partners and make recommendations for campaigns and content.
- Draft and post compelling Expert advertisements in line with the Arise brand.
Community Outreach and Growth
- Schedule and confirm webinars and meet and greats between Experts and Customer Success.
- Collect structured feedback from Experts and action in a timely manner
- Work with the Sourcing manager to nurture and grow relationships with training organizations, colleges and Universities.
Talent Expert Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Experts throughout the process.
- Provide timely communication on enrollment status and next steps.
- Facilitate a smooth enrollment process, including background verification.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track key sourcing metrics such as time-to-fill, fill rate and source effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for the Sourcing Manager.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a relevant internship.
- Familiarity with at least one major job portal (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or a regional language).
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Exposure to bulk / high-volume hiring/ sourcing or campus recruitment.
- Structured onboarding, mentoring, and access to learning platforms.
- Clear career progression pathway into Senior Recruiter and TA Lead roles.
