Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support our Retail Real Estate team in identifying and onboarding suitable commercial and retail properties. The role involves active market mapping, property sourcing, and coordination with internal teams to fulfil client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source retail and commercial properties (high streets, malls, standalone spaces) based on business requirements
- Conduct market mapping across key micro-markets to build a strong property pipeline
- Connect with property owners, brokers, and developers to acquire inventory
- Perform basic property evaluation including location, footfall, and rental benchmarking
- Maintain and update property database with accurate and current information
- Coordinate with advisory/sales teams for property matching and site visits
- Support documentation and transaction processes when required
Requirements- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, or brokerage
- Understanding of retail/commercial real estate markets
- Strong networking and on-ground sourcing ability
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for property scouting
Preferred Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Familiarity with Bangalore retail markets is an advantage
