Job Title: Sourcing Recruiter – Non-IT

Job Summary:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring for Non-IT roles.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for Non-IT roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.
- Utilize job portals (Linkedin, Ceipal, Career Builder , Indeed), social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify talent.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals like (Linkedin, Ceipal, Career Builder , Indeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Non-IT preferred).
