Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate - Mumbai
We’re looking for a high-energy Sourcing Manager to drive business through channel partners, brokers, and IPC networks in Mumbai’s dynamic real estate market.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–6 years
🏢 Industry: Real Estate (Residential / Commercial)
🔑 What you’ll do:
• Build and activate a strong network of channel partners (CPs) & brokers
• Generate qualified leads and drive site visits
• Work closely with sales teams to close deals
• Expand sourcing footprint across key Mumbai micro-markets
• Plan CP meets, broker engagements & project briefings
• Track performance, conversions, and revenue contribution
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in real estate sourcing / channel sales
• Strong broker & CP network in Mumbai
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of closures
