Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Officer position located in Jaipur. The Sourcing Officer will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for various roles, developing and refining job descriptions, managing the recruitment process, including candidate interviewing and selection, and fostering strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. The role involves working closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective hiring initiatives that align with the organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Job Description Development and Recruiting
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector or experience in social development initiatives is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
