Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Merchandiser, based in Faridabad. The Sourcing Merchandiser will manage sourcing requirements, vendor coordination, and material procurement, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing product development, managing production timelines, and maintaining quality standards in line with company goals. The role also involves resolving any production and supply chain challenges while maintaining transparent communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
• Experience in Sales and Retail to manage and optimize client relationships and partnerships
• Marketing expertise to support sourcing strategies and enhance brand collaboration
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in apparel sourcing, production monitoring, and vendor management is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of quality control standards and compliance regulations in the apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred
