Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in daily sourcing and coordination activities
- Follow up with vendors for sampling, production, and deliveries
- Maintain and update tracking sheets (orders, timelines, sampling status)
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, QA) for updates
- Assist in basic documentation such as BOMs, POs, and costing data
- Support in fabric and trim sourcing follow-ups
- Help ensure timelines are met across sampling and production stages
- Maintain records of vendor communication and updates
