We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager who understands the channel ecosystem and knows how to turn relationships into results.

What you’ll drive:
- Build and expand a strong channel partner network
- Activate brokers and ensure consistent lead flow
- Align sourcing with on-ground sales strategy
- Conduct CP meets, trainings, and site visit planning
- Track performance and push closures through the funnel
What matters:
- 2-8 years in real estate channel sales / BD
- Strong broker network in key micro-markets
- Sharp negotiation and relationship skills
- Deep understanding of the CP ecosystem
- High on ownership and field execution
