Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify off-market and on-market land and property acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, market research, and relationship development.
Conduct preliminary site visits and assessments to evaluate feasibility and alignment with company acquisition criteria.
Liaise with landowners, agents, brokers, and local authorities to initiate and manage early-stage negotiations.
Prepare and present concise sourcing reports and opportunity summaries to senior management.
Track market trends, zoning changes, and emerging development areas to inform sourcing strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and deal progress in the company CRM system.
Support due diligence processes by coordinating with legal, finance, and technical teams.
Represent Rebco Ventures professionally at industry events, community meetings, and site visits.
