Job Purpose
Sourcing Manager is responsible for building, managing, and expanding the real estate firm's network of channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive property sales. This leadership role involves strategic planning, partner engagement, performance tracking, and ensuring a consistent lead flow and closures through the channel ecosystem.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Focus
- Build business by identifying and selling to prospects and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and researching and analyzing sales options.
Operational Focus
• Identify and onboard new channel partners and broker firms to expand the sales network.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent business.
• Ensure partners are well-informed and motivated to promote the company’s real estate projects.
• Define and execute channel sales strategies aligned with project sales targets.
• Set targets for channel partners and monitor performance to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Drive high-volume lead generation and conversion through the broker network.
• Conduct regular training sessions on project details, pricing, USPs, and sales processes.
• Provide sales tools, brochures, inventory updates, and promotional materials to partners.
• Organize partner engagement events, site visits, and webinars to keep them actively involved.
• Lead a team of channel sales executives and coordinators; guide them in achieving their targets.
• Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth partner and customer journeys.
• Address partner concerns, support negotiations, and help close high-value deals.
• Maintain partner-wise performance dashboards and lead tracking systems.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, funnel analyses, and strategy updates for senior management.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor activity reports to improve positioning and outreach.
Education and Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• 10–14 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2–4 years in a channel sales leadership role.
• An excellent broker network in the target region (preferred).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Lead Squared) and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region for partner engagement.
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
• Familiarity with RERA norms, project documentation, and buyer onboarding processes.
• Proven ability to build and scale channel partner ecosystems in competitive markets.
• Team handling responsibilities may be required based on role, project scale, etc., and the incumbent is expected to lead, mentor, and coordinate with junior members as necessary.
