Lifelong Online is looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager to be based at our Gurugram (Sector 58) office. This role offers the opportunity to build products for India that customers love, across fast-growing e-commerce categories like automotive, outdoor, DIY, and electronics.
Role: Sourcing Manager
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing from vendor identification (India & China) to product delivery
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and timelines to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply
- Partner with Design, QA and Packaging teams for seamless product development
- Track product lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive global sourcing opportunities, particularly from China
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sourcing automotive or electronics products
- Strong background in China sourcing and vendor development
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong business acumen
