Position: Sourcing Manager
Experience: 2-5 years in Real Estate / Channel Partner Handling / Direct Lead Sourcing
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through market sourcing, channel partners, local brokers, and corporate connect programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPs.
- Conduct market visits, cold calling, and on-ground activationto acquire fresh inquiries.
- Track and report daily leads sourced, channel partner performance, and ROI of sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with digital marketing / CRM teams to ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up.
- Organize CP meets, site visits, and referral drivesto create consistent lead flow.
- Stay updated with competing projects and market trendsto improve sourcing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in PANVEL Real Estate channel partner management .
- Strong networking ability , persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with field execution mind set and data discipline.
