BB Daily – Early Morning Milk Delivery Operations
IBBN – Instant Q-Commerce (10-Minute Delivery)
Major Focus : -
* Own end-to-end sourcing and hiring of Gig Riders for BB Daily & IBBN.
Ensure manpower availability as per business demand and operational timelines. Maintain a healthy rider pipeline to avoid manpower shortages.
* Lead and manage the Field Recruiters (FRs) across Chennai.
Drive daily hiring targets and ensure timely closures. Coach, mentor, and improve FR productivity.
* Plan rider requirements based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with Operations teams to close supply gaps. Ensure 100% manpower readiness during peak hours.
* Drive rider engagement and retention initiatives. Minimize rider attrition through proactive interventions.
Preferred Candidate
* 4–8 Years of experience in Bulk Hiring / Gig Workforce Recruitment
*Experience in Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Last Mile Delivery or Logistics Operations
* Proven experience in handling Field Recruiters and Sourcing Teams
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Mandatory Experience
✔ Experience in Gig Hiring / Rider Hiring / Q-Commerce / Last Mile Delivery is mandatory.
✔ Must have handled large-scale rider sourcing and supply operations.
