Your Role

• Support end‑to‑end sourcing activities across various business units.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and match candidate profiles with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews during hiring drives and daily recruitment cycles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in tracking sheets and internal systems.
• Assist recruiters with follow‑ups, communication, and interview logistics.

Your Profile

• 2025 pass‑outs from MBA, BBA, BCA, BCS, BE/BTech, MCA, MSc preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with interest in HR/Sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment cycles, sourcing channels, or HR concepts (preferred).
• Eagerness to learn modern sourcing tools and corporate hiring practices.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship and comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
