WorldRef Technologies is a tech-driven platform revolutionizing cross-border industrial procurement, covering 950+ categories like MRO spares and engineered equipment for global supply chains. Support the procurement team in identifying and qualifying suppliers for industrial products across fragmented international markets. Assist in streamlining sourcing processes to reduce TATs and enhance price discovery using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for categories like MRO, equipment, and spares in 75+ countries.
- Analyze supplier capabilities, perform due diligence, and prepare comparative bid evaluations.
- Develop RFQs/RFPs, track responses, and assist in vendor qualification and shortlisting.
- Support data entry and digitization of procurement workflows using internal platforms.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams on demand forecasting and productivity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current student in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with international trade or industrial sectors a plus.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks.
