Role Description – Sourcing Head
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sourcing Head for a leading Real Estate Developer in Kharghar.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to real estate sourcing and excellent relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) across Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sourcing team effectively.
* Develop strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs).
* Conduct regular CP meets, networking events & engagement activities.
* Maintain excellent connectivity with Navi Mumbai CP networks.
* Drive sourcing business through strategic CP activation.
* Guide and mentor team members for better CP connects and closures.
* Create new sourcing opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
* Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business growth.
* Track market trends, competitor activities & CP performance.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Team Lead / Head in Real Estate Sourcing.
* Strong network and good connection with Channel Partners in Navi Mumbai.
* Excellent leadership, communication & team handling skills.
* Ability to lead from the front and drive sourcing numbers.
* Professional personality with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
