Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end sourcing activities for electronic components in international markets
* Float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors and analyze received quotations
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
* Ensure alignment with customer requirements while maintaining high-quality standards
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
* Assist in market research and gather business insights for better sourcing decisions
* Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Basic knowledge of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and semiconductors
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Good negotiation and presentation abilities
4. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
5. Result-oriented mindset with attention to detail
6. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and foster a positive work environment
7. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with team members
