TOSCEE is looking for a well-connected and driven sourcing professional based in Leh to help us discover unique brands, manufacturers, and products across fashion, home, gifting, and lifestyle categories.
Location: Leh (local market knowledge is essential)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with reliable manufacturers, artisans, and emerging brands
• Source distinctive products aligned with TOSCEE’s premium retail positioning
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms
• Conduct market visits and build a strong vendor network
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Share regular insights on local trends and opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong network within Leh’s manufacturing and artisan ecosystem
• Experience in sourcing, buying, merchandising, or vendor development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Background in fashion, textiles, handicrafts, or lifestyle products preferred
