Role Description
This is a Full-time/part-time Onsite role for a Sourcing Executive. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and forging supplier relationships. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain processes while adhering to the company’s sustainability and traceability standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance and market trends
- Effective Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and ensure quality compliance
- Experience in Recruiting and onboarding suppliers or partners for supply chain operations
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of agricultural supply chains is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
