We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to support our procurement team in sourcing electronic components from international markets. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronics components, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach towards vendor management and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sourcing activities for electronic components in international markets
• Float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors and analyze received quotations
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements while maintaining high-quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Assist in market research and gather business insights for better sourcing decisions
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and semiconductors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Result-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and foster a positive work environment
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with team members
