Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sourcing Executive to join our team in Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing real estate inventory, building and maintaining relationships with developers, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for collaboration, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting the recruiting of new partners or resources to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and support efficient decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with developers, partners, and stakeholders
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Experience in Recruiting or onboarding processes for identifying and collaborating with potential partners
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate or procurement roles is highly desirable
