Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through sourcing activities and networking.
- Coordinate with clients for project presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and prospective clients.
- Handle lead management, sourcing data, and daily MIS reports
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the real estate sector.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong network with channel partners and brokers in Mumbai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
