## **Role Description**
This is a **full-time, remote** role for a **Sourcing Executive**. We are looking for highly enthusiastic team members who bring a strong sense of integrity and absolute ownership to their work.
The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent through aggressive and effective sourcing strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing recruitment processes, building a robust talent pipeline, and engaging with potential candidates. This role requires an individual who thrives under pressure, possesses a growth mindset, and knows how to scale sourcing efforts to actively help the business grow. You will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet fast-paced hiring objectives.
## **Qualifications & Requirements**
* **Experience:** 6 months to 2 years of proven work experience in a **Recruitment Consultancy** setup.
* **Industry Expertise:** **Must have hands-on experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring** to apply for this position.
* **Sales Hiring:** Prior experience in hiring field sales and general sales profiles is required.
* **Core Traits:** High level of ownership, integrity, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet business growth goals.
* **Skills:** * Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and candidates.
* Strong analytical and sourcing skills to navigate competitive market trends.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
## **Compensation & Location**
* **Salary:** Up to ₹20,000 take-home (based on experience and capability).
* **Location:** Remote (Work from Home).
