Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sourcing Executive. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting skilled seafarers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and analyzing market trends. The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless crew management and contribute to the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and trends for informed sourcing decisions
- Effective Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and team members
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
- Proficiency in Recruiting strategies with the ability to identify and onboard qualified seafarers
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or experience in the maritime industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field
