Job Description: Sales Manager – Sourcing & Closing

Key Responsibilities
· Property Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-potential properties for second-home investments.
· Owner/Developer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents.
· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, high-demand locations, and investment opportunities.
· Due Diligence & Compliance: Ensure all sourced properties meet legal, financial, and operational standards.
· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure properties at competitive rates while maintaining long-term partnerships.
· Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align property sourcing strategies with sales objectives.
· Regular Field Visits: Conduct site visits and assess potential acquisitions based on investment viability.
· Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze sourcing reports, track market movements, and optimize acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven track record in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, or business development.
· Experience in real estate or banking (3-6 years preferred).
· Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
· In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, investment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
· Goal-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively for property sourcing and client interactions.
· Preferably a graduate from a top business school.
