🚀 Hiring: Technical Sourcer (Contract Role)
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer with strong technology understanding to support hiring for technical roles. If you have experience in LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping, we would love to connect.
📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Gurgaon
🏠 Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
⏱ Experience: 1–3 Years
📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🕒 Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of IT / Technology roles
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and talent mapping
• Ability to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Build strong technical talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams
