Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an IT Sourcer. The IT Sourcer will actively identify and connect with potential candidates for various technical roles, utilizing multiple sourcing platforms and strategies. Responsibilities include building a strong talent pipeline, managing candidate databases, conducting initial screenings, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs. This role requires maintaining communication with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including resume searching, social media sourcing, and talent acquisition tools
- Strong skills in communication, networking, and relationship-building
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and data management tools
- Understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and trends within the tech industry
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Passion for recruitment and finding top talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Previous experience in sourcing for IT or technical roles and familiarity with the tech hiring landscape is a plus
