About the role

Own the design process for new initiatives, from early concepts to detailed deliverables, UI copy, and production assets Identify target user groups and carry out interviews and related inquiries to understand user needs Work with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop user-centered designs that enhance the user experience and drive business success Serve as a subject matter expert for the design team, providing guidance, documenting best practices, and mentoring other designers Analyze the workflows of existing and new products, current UI/UX, the Sales and Marketing business strategies to create user designs that align with business strategies Design an integrated Ul/UX workflow that supports a more intuitive self-service model across products. Work products will include wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mock-ups Work with Product teams to define agile stories to map product development from support through implementation Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps using expertise in established design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe) Use data from research, user testing, and market analysis to create user-centered designs Develop new designs to maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners; and Use metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience
